Had a wonderful experience. Right after looking at some evil eye ornaments, I accidentally dropped my plate and baklava, and the owner was incredibly kind to me. I got a fresh piece and he threw in a sample of another Turkish sweet. What a beautiful little cafe. Will definitely be back. Thank you for your kindness, Ibrahim. Stopped in for the first time today. Beyond providing a welcoming and authentic atmosphere, there were so many gorgeous items on display; I ended up buying two coffee cups to give as gifts. I ordered a Turkish coffee and was delighted to find it served with the grounds already settled and the flavour rich. It was served with a glass of water to cleanse the palate and I was also given samples of Turkish Delight to enhance the flavour. The overall experience here was lovely and I will definitely be back.

Keyf at Eastgate Mall in Hamilton is truly a world apart from the other shops and a portal to Turkish delights! The store is stunning, filled with an array of beautiful, imported treasures from Turkey that instantly transport you to another culture. We stopped in for tea and baklava, which were both absolutely delicious. The owner was incredibly friendly and informative, creating a warm, inviting space where we felt right at home. This place is more than a shop—it’s an experience! A must-see destination, deserving of 10 out of 5 stars!
